Caleb Hodge serves as a Vice President, focused on tenant representation throughout the Greater Los Angeles area as well as nationally. He is known for building strong tenant relationships by delivering scalable real estate solutions and creative strategic planning that reduce occupancy costs, successfully resulting in numerous office relocations, lease renewal/restructures, and office dispositions.
Caleb specializes in representing creative companies on their office, studio, and industrial space requirements. Utilizing best practices and benchmarking criteria for the various types of entertainment, technology, media, production, postproduction, advertising, and marketing firms, he has been able to create significant efficiencies for his clients.
Career History
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, Caleb served as a Vice President within Stream Realty’s West Los Angeles office. Before Stream, he was with NAI Capital’s West Los Angeles office, as part of the Tenant Consulting Group Advisory Team where he delivered tenant representation services.
Before entering into commercial real estate, Caleb worked at the Commissioner’s
office for Major League Baseball, and in baseball operations in New York City.
