Kyle Fishburn is a Senior Associate at Kennedy Wilson Brokerage and specializes in the leasing of anchored shopping centers throughout Greater Los Angeles. As a representative of institutional and private capital investors and tenants, Kyle has a passion for studying market trends and creating synergies at retail properties to drive value for his clients.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, Kyle served as a Senior Associate at illi Commercial where his most notable work was representing Douglas Emmett at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, anchored by Arclight Cinemas, Cheesecake Factory, Paul Mitchell, Urban Home, PF Chang’s, and other national credit tenants.
Kyle is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Economics and minor in General Business. After college, he worked at Kennedy Wilson in the property services division as an assistant property manager overseeing 500,000+ square feet of commercial property.
Over his career, Kyle has completed over 250 commercial real estate transactions across multiple product types including retail, restaurant, medical, office and industrial. In 2021, he completed 32 transactions valued at $26.5 million and representing over 102,000 square feet of commercial space.
Recent notable lease transactions include Fogo de Chão, Crunch Fitness, 99 Cents Only, Ace Hardware, Fitness 19, 85 Degrees Bakery, Jersey Mike’s, Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, IHOP, Daiso, Frida’s Mexican Food, Banfield Pet Hospital, Harbor Freight Tools, Domino’s and Mitsuwa.
In 2015, Kyle was nominated by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a finalist in the Retail Broker of the Year category.
