Since being appointed as manager and leasing agent, Kennedy Wilson Property Services has managed over $13 million of capital projects while achieving a 14% rent increase in the first year of operations and an overall rental growth increase of 131%.

Plaza Fiesta has received recent media attention in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Eater Atlanta, Bon Appétit and Atlanta Magazine.
