Bristol Farms has signed a 15-year lease on the ground floor of a luxury community in Hollywood.
The upscale regional grocer will occupy 23,200 square feet at Modera Argyle, a 276-apartment community at the corner of Selma and Argyle avenues in Los Angeles' Hollywood Entertainment District.
The ground-floor space will be Bristol Farms’ 14th location in Southern California. The grocer has one other Hollywood location at 7880 Sunset Blvd.
