A retail strip with three storefronts on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles has sold for $2.2 million, joining a portfolio of adjacent properties that sold in January for $7 million.
The 3,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at 7955-7959 Melrose Ave., on the corner of Melrose and Hayworth avenues, is occupied by London-based jeweler The Great Frog, quick-service restaurant Le Bowl and clothing store Rhodevision. In January, optical shop Moscot, designer showroom Vettese Studios and popular coffeeshop Community Goods were sold by the same seller, Quiet Lion LP.
