Los Angeles, Calif. – Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, a division of Kennedy-Wilson Properties, Ltd., announced today that Harbor Freight Tools has leased a 19,985 square-foot retail space at 8966 Reseda Blvd. in Northridge, CA. Kyle Fishburn, Senior Associate at Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, represented the owner, Mushmel Properties, to secure a 10-year lease.
As Harbor Freight Tools’ first Northridge location, this expansion puts the tool store chain in a central location and trade area in North San Fernando Valley. Formerly a 99 Cents Only Store, the freestanding building is highly visible at Reseda Blvd. and Nordhoff St., the main intersection in Northridge. The location is expected to open late summer 2022.
