(October 26, 2021) – Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, a division of Kennedy-Wilson Properties, Ltd., announced today that The RealReal, the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, is expanding its Southern California brick and mortar presence with a new store at 200 26th Street in Santa Monica. Following the success of The RealReal’s West Hollywood store, this new location expands the brand’s physical retail footprint in the greater Los Angeles area. The lease was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Ed Sachse and Christine Deschaine.

In its new 2,200 square-foot space, The RealReal joins Nordstrom Local, goop, Theory, Christian Louboutin, James Perse and other prominent luxury retailers located on Brentwood’s 26th Street retail corridor. The opening will be The RealReal’s first new store in Los Angeles since 2018. Kennedy Wilson Brokerage’s deal with The RealReal is the latest in a notable and growing trend of popular online brands expanding into brick and mortar in major U.S. cities.
