Kennedy Wilson Brokerage Expands Northern California Office

Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, a division of Kennedy Wilson Property Services, has announced the addition of four commercial brokers to its Concord, California office. Serving the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central Valley, the Northern California office has welcomed vice presidents Matt Krupp and Brian Eisberg, as well as associates Ryan Stickney and Ryan Zalucky.

“We are seizing the opportunity for growth and thrilled to appoint this group of talented brokers to our expanding Northern California team,” said Donna Clark, Senior Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson Property Services. “The addition of these experienced agents to our established brokerage team increases our ability to serve investors and tenants across a broader range of product types and geographies.”

Vice President Matt Krupp has over 25 years of experience in retail and office real estate brokerage, representing institutional and high net worth families. Krupp is consistently ranked in the top two percent in production for North Bay area commercial real estate brokers and in 2017 and 2019, he brokered the largest lease deals for those years in Sonoma County. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, he brokered deals for Wilco Farm Stores, Safeway, Regency Centers, Washington Square Shopping Center and Sportsman’s Warehouse. Krupp holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Southern California and is an affiliate of the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce and Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.

Vice President Brian Eisberg brings more than 20 years of commercial brokerage experience in Class A business and office park properties. With a focus on representing institutional ownerships and large-scale national, regional and local tenants, Eisberg has represented over 2.9 million square feet of commercial space in the North Bay region, for a total transaction value of over $1 billion. His previous assignments include Redwood Business Park in Petaluma, Hamilton Landing in Novato, Marin Commons in San Rafael, Marina Plaza in Sausalito and Corte Madera Town Center in Corte Madera. Eisberg has represented American Express, Camelback, H&R Block, Fireman’s Fund, Lucasfilms Ltd., Nokia and Roseview Capital, among others. A founding member of North Bay Commercial Brokers, he is an alumnus of both UCLA and UC Berkeley.

Associate Ryan Zalucky comes to Kennedy Wilson Brokerage from Jones Lang LaSalle after accruing extensive experience in retail product, both with agency leasing and tenant representation. Zalucky has leased commercial space across San Francisco, Walnut Creek, San Ramon and Pleasanton for clients including The Cheese Steak Shop, Karma Yoga, TinRx and The Gladstone Clinic. Prior to entering commercial brokerage, he designed electrical systems for multifamily and commercial buildings at Siemens. Zalucky holds a B.S. from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is an affiliate of the Contra Costa Leadership Council.

Ryan Stickney has been promoted to associate following a successful internship at Kennedy Wilson Brokerage under industry veteran and Vice President of Brokerage, John Troughton, where he developed a refined skill set in industrial, medical office and redevelopment properties. Balancing both institutional and mid-sized clients, Stickney has helped broker deals across Fresno, Stockton, Fairfield, Richmond and Vallejo. He specializes in commercial property disposition, acquisition, agency leasing and tenant representation. He holds a B.S. in Economics from California State University, Chico.

“With these four power players on our team, Kennedy Wilson Brokerage will deliver an even higher level of service and market insight to clients across the region,” said Bruce Carlson, Managing Director. “These individuals are exactly the kind of top talent upon which Kennedy Wilson Brokerage’s reputation in Northern California has been built, and we expect our expansion in the marketplace to continue.”
