BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (April 21, 2021) – Kennedy Wilson Property Services is pleased to announce the promotion of two managing directors to the role of Senior Managing Director – Alice Myers, CPM and Sandy Surface. Myers will lead the Southern California region, and Surface will lead the Chicago/Southeast region. The promotions were effective March 1, 2021.

As a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Alice Myers is responsible for the management of more than 1.5 million square feet of office and retail properties across Southern California, from Santa Barbara to Chula Vista, as well as a large property in Hawaii. Myers currently serves on the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Los Angeles board of directors and, in 2018, was recognized as BOMA’s “Member of the Year.” In November 2020, Myers was also recognized as “Property Manager of the Year” by Commercial Property Executive. Her promotion to Senior Managing Director will place her at the helm of Kennedy Wilson Property Services’ Southern California region, and Myers will assume management of a greater number of assets within the company portfolio and assist with business development efforts.
With over 25 years of real estate experience, Sandy Surface oversees the Southeast region for Kennedy Wilson Property Services, supervising the management of properties in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. Her extensive experience includes assignments in industrial/flex, multifamily, office and retail property management, with expertise in specialty retail development, lease-up and management of Hispanic retail centers and triple net lease properties nationally. In her new role as senior managing director, Surface will direct all projects within the Chicago and Southeastern regions.
