As Senior Managing Director, Alice is responsible for the property management operation of all commercial assets in Southern California. Alice joined Kennedy Wilson Property Services in 2015 after over 20 years of experience managing portfolios of office, medical, retail and industrial properties at Grubb & Ellis and CBRE.
Currently, Alice is responsible for over 2.1 million square feet of commercial property assets. She oversees a staff of Building Managers, Assistant Managers and Engineers and is responsible for reviewing and approving monthly financial reporting, property budgets, operational and capital improvements and is a liaison between the Management Office and the Asset Management team.
Alice’s knowledge of property management has enabled her to establish new policies and procedures in place to improve the quality of all financial reporting, construction management, client and tenant relations and day to day operations of the assets she oversees.
Accomplishments
Alice started her career at CBRE in 1993 managing 1.3 million square feet of industrial, retail and medical portfolio for Allstate Insurance Company. After 7 years at CBRE, Alice accepted a position with Grubb & Ellis where she held the title of Senior Portfolio Manager for 12 years. There, Alice was responsible for all aspects of management and leasing of 1.2 million square feet of mixed product portfolio including the management of a large medical REIT and several other office buildings throughout Los Angeles.
In 2011, Alice returned to CBRE as a Senior Real Estate Manager where she oversaw the management operation of a large portfolio of office buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet. Alice oversaw all facets of staff management, operations and maintenance, budgeting, leasing and expense control. She also managed client relationships and requests, negotiated and supervised all property vendors as well as directly oversaw all tenant and capital improvements.
