Sandy Surface oversees the Southeast Region for Kennedy Wilson Property Services. She works with property managers and on site staff to meet all property objectives. She ensures that all ownership objectives are met on a timely basis and in accordance with the property’s annual business plan. She is directly involved in the management, leasing and capital expenditure oversight and day to day operations of each asset. She is in daily contact with the properties and makes regular site visits.
Accomplishments
Sandy has over 25 years of real estate experience and supervises properties in Georgia, Texas, Virginia, Missouri and Illinois. Her responsibilities include budget preparation and implementation, financial report development and variance analysis, market report analysis, property staffing and operations, service contract analysis and selection, rent collections and delinquencies, leasing vacant unit preparation, capital project implementation, training and tenant relations.
Her extensive experience includes assignments in industrial/flex, multifamily, office and retail property management.
Sandy is an expert in specialty retail development, lease-up and management of Hispanic retail centers and triple net lease properties on a national basis.
