Jack

Runyon
Group
where
he

ground-up
and
adaptive
reuse
projects,
overseeing
the
entire
lifecycle
from
acquisition
through
construction
and
lease-up.
These
projects,
totaling
over
$250
million
in
value,
showcased
Jack’s
ability
to
navigate
intricate
deal
structures,
negotiate
favorable
terms,
and
deliver
exceptional
results
for
his
clients.
 

Before
joining
Runyon
Group,
Jack
was
a
part
of
the
development
team
at
Bedrock
Detroit,
contributing
to
investments
worth
$2
billion
across
a
diverse
portfolio
of
retail,
residential,
hotel,
and
office
properties
spanning
15
million
square
feet.

Drawing
upon
his
background
in
development,
Jack
brings
a
unique
perspective
to
his
role
at
Kennedy
Wilson
Brokerage.
His
love
for
design,
art,
fashion
and
dining
enables
him
to
approach

project
holistically,
understanding
how
the
built
environment
contributes
to

vitality
and
character
